* Pricing

- The prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Prices are in US Dollars and do not include shipping cost.

* Payment Terms

- Payment terms are subject to amicable negotiations with clients on a case by case basis.
- After a week from the order confirmation, a down payment is required.
- The balance is payable within 10 working days after the issue of the receipt.
- For international orders, we apply the full charge at the time of order. In the unlikely event that the order cannot be delivered, we will give a full refund.

* Shipping

- Realgene can ship packages by UPS and FedEx. We are pleased to be able to provide international shipping.
- For international customers, delivery charge is based on the quantity and products to be shipped.
- For local customers, shipping cost is included.

* Warranty

- We guarantee that the product will meet the specifications stated on the technical data sheet and agree to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications.
- Notice for replacement must be given within 30 days.
